Student Profile

Prior Experience: Operational bodyguards, Close Protection Personnel (CPP), security convoy drivers, or public/private security personnel who have successfully completed Level 1 (or accredited equivalent training in advanced defensive driving).

Physical and Mental Condition: High stress tolerance, well-developed peripheral vision, fast reaction times, and the biomechanical ability to withstand controlled impacts and decelerations.

Key Aptitudes: Critical split-second decision-making, ability to perform under high pressure, and muscle memory for instinctive tactical responses.
Course Outcomes (Expected Learning Outcomes)

Active Blockade Breaching (RAM): Mastery of controlled ramming maneuvers at 15–20 km/h to clear fixed or mobile blockades without disabling the team vehicle or triggering airbag deployment.

PIT & Counter-PIT Execution & Recovery: Ability to immobilize aggressor vehicles using the PIT maneuver and immediately apply Counter-PIT protocols (precision counter-steering and acceleration) to maintain control if attacked.

High-Speed Evasive Turns: Proficiency in executing 180° reverse turns at speed (advanced J-Turn), Bootlegger turns, and double lane changes under active pursuit by opposing vehicles.

Tactical and Legal Judgment: Clear understanding of legal frameworks, self-defense grounds, and the “Defense of Necessity” when utilizing the vehicle as an offensive or defensive instrument.

· Structural Contact Points: Study of reinforced vehicle areas (frames, chassis side rails, and engine block) versus deformable zones.
· Force Vector and Inertia Transfer: Calculation of optimal impact speed (15 to 20 km/h) to clear a blockage without deploying airbags or immobilizing own vehicle.
· Attack Angles: Selection of impact angles on the aggressor vehicle's axle or wheels to create an escape gap (lane clearing technique).

2PIT Maneuver Dynamics and Recovery Techniques
· Mechanics of the PIT (Precision Immobilization Technique) Maneuver: Identification of the application point behind the target vehicle's rear wheel.
· Counter-PIT Technique (Interception Recovery): Immediate reaction protocol when own vehicle is victim to a PIT maneuver by aggressors; management of acceleration, counter-steering, and lateral drift control.

· Physics of Loaded Advanced J-Turn: Instantaneous loss and recovery of grip on front, rear, and all-wheel drive trains (AWD/4WD).
· Bootlegger and Y-Turn Techniques Under Pressure: Application of abrupt weight transfers using tactical handbrake and steering cut in confined spaces.

· Audiovisual Analysis (Video-Debriefing): Dissection of attacks with vehicular blockades, urban pursuits, and ramming errors in real-world situations.
· Legal Framework and Defense of Necessity: Legal scope regarding the use of invasive/offensive maneuvers (RAM/PIT) under self-defense grounds during imminent threat situations.
